Due to the personal nature of the goods MOX & CO offer, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if you change your mind. We do our best to describe products as best we can, if you are unsure we suggest you contact us for clarification before purchase.
We hope that you love your MOX product. In the unlikely event that your new product is faulty, please email me immediately at email@example.com and I will arrange a full refund/replacement upon return of the faulty goods. This refund will include your shipping costs so please include the post receipt in your return.
Please be mindful that colour can vary from real life to screen. We do our absolute best to show a true representation of colours but the difference between screens is out of our control.
